Paul Delaney is a Chartered Construction Manager and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building. He commenced his time in the industry working in a small company which over time evolved into a large multi-faceted construction and property group. The learning curve equipped him with the skills and expertise required to manage both small works and major projects. Paul understands that merging the benefits of the corporate mindset with attributes essential to a small medium enterprise is essential in order to delivery best value.

Managed core construction activity throughout a period of controlled expansion. Overseeing construction directors, project managers, surveyors and technical staff on large projects, refurbishment contracts and small works.
